* A Peer Review is an independent evaluation, conducted by a "peer firm,” of the quality control policies and procedures of a firm's accounting and auditing practice. All members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants are required to have this review performed every three years. The review is performed to ensure that all members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants maintain a high level of service.
